The Health Benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar are Numerous

  • Irritable Bowel Syndrome- 2 teaspoons of the vinegar and 2 teaspoons of honey mixed with a glass of water can be effective treatment. Take before meals to help with digestion. It neutralizes harmful foods that cause the problems.
  • Diarrhea- Because we know the vinegar helps with digestion and the detoxification of organs, diarrhea can be controlled. Just 1 teaspoon of the vinegar in a glass of water should be taken throughout the day. This will ease the movements while filtering out the toxins.
  • Arthritis - Drink a glass of water mixed with 2 teaspoons of honey 3 times a day. For direct relief of arthritis pain soak hands or feet in ¼ cup of the vinegar and 1½ cups of warm water. A cloth can be soaked in the above mixture to wrap affected knees or elbows. Wrap a dry cloth around the wet one to hold in the heat.
